Micro Grants Program

The Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Micro Grants Program (“EDI Grants Program”) is designed to provide financial assistance for projects and initiatives of Individual Artists and/or Artist Collectives who have encountered barriers obtaining support within the current systems and structures of existing traditional funding mechanisms.

This program supports the following Individuals and Collectives of artists, creators, practitioners of traditional arts in all disciplines: Indigenous Peoples based in London, Ontario, and the surrounding First Nations (Chippewa of the Thames First Nation, Munsee Delaware First Nation, and Oneida Nation of the Thames), those with English as their Second Language, and Culturally Diverse (Racialized) Peoples based in London, Ontario.

Please review the program guidelines carefully before applying, as program information, requirements, and policies are reviewed regularly and may be updated without notice.

Please note: it is the obligation of the 2025 Micro Grant recipients to submit the report. Applicants who previously received funding through the 2025 EDI Micro Grants Program and have not submitted a completed Self-Evaluation Report are not eligible to apply for additional funding until the requirement has been fulfilled.

Assessment Panel decisions are final. Any questions regarding a submission should be directed to LAC staff. Full details are provided in the "Guidelines & Criteria 2026" document linked from the button above.

Notification: Individuals and Collectives will be notified by email approximately 4-6 weeks after the closing date.
