Saturday London Arts Live with Dawn Gibson and Shelly Faris

Since the age of three, Dawn has wanted to be a professional musician. She recalls doing an aptitude and rhythm test in order to be able to start learning guitar at such a young age. The first question was, "Why do you want to learn to play the guitar?" Her answer then, was, "Because one day I want to be a rock and roll star." That remains her answer today. Dawn Gibson has toured professionally in the past opening for John Cougar Mellancamp and tom Cochrane. She took a long hiatus and back out chasing my dream now. Dawn Gibson has spent the last two years honing her solo act.

The Shelly-Anne Faris Blues Band plays a mix of funky blues, pop & some 70s tunes as well. For this special performance, we've got the whole shebang - keys, sax, bass, guitar, drums & of course, vocals. It's gonna be a good time. Don't miss it!!
