In order to pay your invoices LAC must have your correct banking information. Please select one method from the links below to upload your banking information - we accept a Void Cheque or Direct Deposit Form in the following formats:
Word, PDF and JPeg images.

Acknowledgment and Agreement
I authorize and direct London Arts Council (“LAC”) to deposit payment(s) through LAC’s CIBC Online Business System directly to my account at the above noted financial institution. These payments will be in accordance with approved invoices submitted by me to the LAC.
I agree and acknowledge the following:
1. I must notify LAC of any change in the above account information.
2. I may revoke or modify these instructions in writing at any time, to be effective within fifteen days of receipt of such notification. Any costs incurred due to failure to provide correct or updated information will be the responsibility of the recipient.
