Nic DeGroot is a local acrylic painter. He has been a professional artist his whole life, mostly in graphic design, and in spring 2016 he launched his studio gallery space in Wortley Village. Nic specializes in painted art, art instruction and acrylic demo performances. He performs Expressionistic landscape paintings for an audience, painting quickly, improvising, explaining process and techniques, and answering audience questions.
